Libia, for reasons not yet revealed, has been demoted to the rank of a Fate (very disgraceful indeed), and is now the
Goddess of Mortal Life in the Deadlands territory (Precinct 18), a desert wasteland that no one can navigate out of. Along
with her involuntary companion Dauthia, she resides in a beautiful hidden oasis that has never been beheld by the mortal eye.
Now Libia is a rather odd individual; not quite in touch with reality. She drifts through her imaginary world, the gravity
of her shameful exile never fully registering in her mind, nor fathoming the impact she has on people because of her powers
over destiny. She loves all forms of life, from animals to insects to plants, with the exception of never having much
interest in mortals. Her attention span is juvenile, and her energy level and range of emotions equally aggravating.
Interesting Facts: Libia always has flowers in her hair, and carries out lengthy conversations with animals in
her spare time.
